One was because my brother has purchased 4 of them, two was because of Bob Tiffin, and three was because Tiffin RV was going to be in business today, tomorrow and next year. Now I have a fourth reason, Boyd Basinger. I had some warranty work done a few weeks ago at Ancira RV and Boyd was the Tech that did the work. He worked very hard and found a TV interference problem that I had since the coach was new. The service department at Tiffin had worked on this and had taken the light pink and light green color from the the lines out of the TV's but the interference lines were still on the tv. He worked and found the problem, no more interference. He also fixed the bedroom TV, it would not play a DVD, he found the connection was disconnected and he fished the wire out of the wall and now works perfect. He also did some work on my #1 a/c heat pump. The fan needed replacing and the kitchen faucet spray head was broken.
