When I purchased my Tiffin RV, I told Bob Tiffin that I purchased it for three reasons. One was because my brother has purchased 4 of them, two was because of Bob Tiffin, and three was because Tiffin RV was going to be in business today, tomorrow and next year. Now I have a fourth reason, Boyd Basinger. I had some warranty work done a few weeks ago at Ancira RV and Boyd was the Tech that did the work. He worked very hard and found a TV interference problem that I had since the coach was new. The service department at Tiffin had worked on this and had taken the light pink and light green color from the the lines out of the TV's but the interference lines were still on the tv. He worked and found the problem, no more interference. He also fixed the bedroom TV, it would not play a DVD, he found the connection was disconnected and he fished the wire out of the wall and now works perfect. He also did some work on my #1 a/c heat pump. The fan needed replacing and the kitchen faucet spray head was broken. I was very pleased with his work and he is an asset to Ancira RV. anonymous Tiffin

Dear Mr Ancira: In Oct 2003, we purchased a TT from your Boerne RV location. Although our experience with the salesman (who is no longer there) was not especially great, Jim in the Service Dept handled all the new rig problems expediciously and effectively. Based on that experience, last month we returned to Ancira and traded in the TT for a 2008 Bounder. By the "luck of the draw," our sales rep was JJ Neves. He was quick to ascertain that we were experienced and knew what we were looking for. He didn't try to over-sell the rigs, but let us look over the rigs and responded to all our requests for information. (We HATE high-pressure tactics!) He was great! As could be expected, there have been a few problem areas. Once again, Jim in Service (with 6 more years of experience!) has helped us tremendously in getting everything working properly. We currently have two friends who are considering becoming first-time RVers. I can assure you that we are guiding their thinking and will direct them to Ancira RV at the appropriate time. Thank you for this facility and its crew. Also, Thank You for all you do for the San Antonio community.
