The Wayfarer is being built at Tiffin’s new production complex in Winfield, Alabama, a short distance from our Class A plant in Red Bay. To ensure a superior product, the new Class C facility has been customized to our precise specifications. The complex includes a 200,000-square-foot main production floor, with dedicated areas for cabinetry, R&D, and quality assurance. A separate 30,000-square-foot building houses state-of-the-art paint booths.
Our full-body paint system features premium grade paints sealed with superclear coat with
ultraviolet protection. This process can require up to seven layers. For additional protection, a
scratch-resistant plastic coating protects the front of the coach, stairwell, and entry door lock.fin Motorhomes, we build for quality first and foremost.
