My wife and I just purchased a 2021 preowned Newmar New Aire from Ancira RV in Boerne, Texas. Tom Campitelli handled everything for us and went way beyond our expectations with his customer service……including stocking our new RV with all kinds of snacks and drinks and personally bringing us breakfast the next day. It was the most pleasant buying experience we have ever had. Anthony, who walked us through how to operate everything did an outstanding job…..very helpful. The experience was easy. We found the unit we were looking for on the internet site, called Steve with some questions. Steve took multiple pictures and sent them to us. We booked a flight and stayed at a hotel. Steve picked us up the next morning and were driven to the dealership. We did a walk thru, test drove the vehicle and decided we wanted the unit. In an hour or so we paid for it, had a few small items taken care of and were on the road to Colorado shortly after noon. Great experience.

Since 2006, we have purchased two Class C's and a Class A motorhome from Ancira in Boerne. We have always been treated fairly and with the utmost respect. Steve Lyons is a "no pressure" salesman and makes purchasing a motorhome an enjoyable experience. During our inital and subsequent searches for motorhomes, we visited numerous websites and local dealerships but our first experience with Steve Lyons always led us back to Ancira.

We had a GREAT experience with Ancira RV in Boerne since the first time we went there in May of 2011. Trenton Smith is a great salesman and a person as well. We visit that store at least 4 times a year just to stop by and see Trenton and the new RVs! We can spend up to 5 hours at a time there. We have taken several friends up there to look at the rvs or trailers. One in fact purchased there 3 months ago based on our referral and the way Trenton treated them. We now have purchased our second motorhome from Ancira last year. I would recommend to anyone interested in a motorhome or trailer to give Ancira a try.
